Sie digitalisiert Ergänzungsformulare, Anlagen und Sonderverfahren, die weiterhin als PDF auf kommunalen Websites liegen. Drei Eingabewege: FIM/XDF-Katalog importieren (Bundesstandard), PDF oder Word hochladen (KI erzeugt Formular-Entwurf), oder Schema per Chat anpassen. Der Bürger-Assistent kann Antworten mit Dokumenttitel und Seite belegen. Veraltete oder nicht mehr veröffentlichte Quellen werden nicht verwendet. Die vollständige Anbindung aller Assistenten und externen MCP-Clients ist noch nicht abgeschlossen. - Anlagenvorprüfung (in Vorbereitung): Mit gesonderter Einwilligung sollen hochgeladene Dateien, etwa PDFs, Bilder, Pläne, Nachweise und Zusatzblätter, gegen ein vom Fachamt definiertes Prüfschema vorgeprüft werden. Das Ergebnis kennzeichnet bestätigte, fehlende und unklare Kriterien. Die fachliche und rechtliche Prüfung bleibt bei der Sachbearbeitung. Für echte personenbezogene Fallakten ist diese Funktion noch nicht produktiv freigegeben. ## Datenschutz und Art.-9-DSGVO beantragt.ai schützt besonders schützenswerte Daten nach Art. 9 DSGVO durch feldweise AES-256-GCM-Verschlüsselung. Pflichtfeldwerte (Name, Geburtsdatum, IBAN, Anschrift) werden nicht als Werte an das Sprachmodell übergeben. Art.-9-Felder bleiben aus CRM, Suche, Export und E-Mail heraus. The citizen assistant can support answers with the document title and page. Outdated or unpublished sources are not used. Integration across all assistants and external MCP clients is not yet complete. - Attachment pre-checks (in preparation): with separate consent, uploaded files such as PDFs, images, plans, evidence documents and supplementary sheets are intended to be checked against a review schema defined by the responsible department. The result marks confirmed, missing and unclear criteria. The professional and legal assessment remains with the case worker. This function is not yet approved for production use with real case files containing personal data. ## Data protection and GDPR Art. 9 beantragt.ai protects special-category data under GDPR Art. 9 with field-level AES-256-GCM encryption.
